hey PK,
I was wondering, because new sellers continually annoy the older sellers with repeated questions, if we could go ahead and affix a perminant sellers dos and don’ts sticky thread pretty high on the forum.
New sellers seem to flock immediately to the forum without reading the used panty university help, so I figured instead of people getting a rude introduction from fed up older sellers, we could have a sticky thread right there where no one could ignore it.
I think it would be fun to have everyone add their hints about selling and such.
Just a suggestion. Hope the updates are going smoothly. I update my website all the time and I know how frustrating it can be.
Take a break and pat yourself on the back for your continuously awesome work.
love ya!
AnniJanuary 24, 2008 at 5:51 am #19397Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberI agree Anni, however, I also have to point out that if you are going to start selling ANYTHING you should look into how to do it properly in the first place, that is why us “older sellers” get so pissed off because new girls come on, think they know it all, we give them tons of free advice then they piss off after a few months because they realise how much work it really is.
But yes I agree .. some basic rules in which we can plant a LINK to instead of a snipey welcome to the forum to a newbie who doesn’t bother finding a little out about basics of selling, is a good idea.
January 24, 2008 at 2:01 pm #19398mikegukMemberJust a thought (sorry Jazzy for nicking your saying)
Why are the sellers that have been around for some time refred to as “Older sellers”? wouldn’t it be better by saying the “more experience sellers” ?January 24, 2008 at 2:12 pm #19399Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberI think it was a condescending remark in defence to my remark 🙂 .. Besides Im 90 next week .. woohoo!
January 24, 2008 at 2:19 pm #19400mikegukMember90 next week?  well all i can say is you look f**king fantastic jo
😉January 24, 2008 at 5:19 pm #19403adminKeymasterSounds like a good idea. Someone start the thread with the title/subject you think is appropriate, and I’ll be happy to sticky it. Actually, I think moderators can sticky as well. Alternatively, we could start a new forum category for the dos and don’ts. Just let me know.

January 24, 2008 at 6:11 pm #19406Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberYeah judging by the poor performance of new sellers not bothering reading up first I think a NEW forum that contains sound current advice about the do’s and dont’s but maybe should be at the TOP of the forum so perhaps it gets noticed by those jumping on the bandwagon without giving a shit about the etiquette or rules that go with it.
… don’t mean that to sound snipey – Ive had a few glasses of red 😛
January 24, 2008 at 7:07 pm #19407anniMemberI didn’t mean anything by the phrase “older sellers”, lack of better words I guess. I would never say anything and mean something else.
I agree that girls should take the time to educate themselves before any new phase in their life, but the fact is that they don’t. All I want to do is relieve the tension that arises everytime a new girl uses paypal or something along those lines.
I’ve been here almost a year and am already tired of seeing it.
Having a thread we can link to is exactly the right idea, cindy. That way whoever responds first can immediately point the newbie to the right direction.
I guess I could start one in the sellers help section and we could go from there.
I just want to say that I have the utmost respect for every more experienced seller 😉 and very much enjoy this wonderful corner of the internet. I just want to keep it happy, fun and as always a wealth of information to help seedling buyers and sellers to keep the community flowing.
love you guys smt
