shipping question about dirty panties

I’m considering selling my panties online. From what I have read so far, the REALLY dirty stuff (blood, scat) is considered a biohazzard. I’d like to cater to this fetish market but how do I ship my panties? Will using FedEx, DHL or UPS work? I’m in the US and plan on shipping to the US only (because of customs). I’m sure someone out there sells and ships these types of panties. I’d like to know how they do it! (I read the Panty University but it didn’t really answer my questions.)

I don’t know anything about the US posting options but I do know that none would be happy if they knew what they were shipping. The best thing you can do is just make sure that your packages are well wrapped, secure and discreet.
