Smoking , problem or no?

B) Hmmm, Ok I’ve been getting some interest in my panties but as soon as I’m honest with people and tell them my size or that I’m a smoker I don’t hear anything ever again…. :blush:

So I’d really like to ask which is the problem guys cause theres alot of threads on here about sellers defrauding buyers but to start thinking you’ve got a sale and then just hear nothing no feedback or anything …its starting to make me wonder whether there is really anypoint to doing this  😥 cause I’m getting the impression it doesn’t pay to be honest}

Don’t get disheartened too quickly. It does take a while to build up business and regular buyers.

A lot of non-smokers just may not be able to tolerate the smell of smoking, the issue of smoking has cropped up a few times on here so it is best to be honest about it, but then there will be plenty of buyers who don’t mind at all.

Regarding your size, it’s horses for courses. Some guys love the larger lady not just because of your Amazonian curves but because it means they will be able to fit into your panties themselves. Some guys prefer willowy sellers. You can only be yourself.

Panty selling is hard work and it takes time to build up business, you have to be patient, and do everything you can to help yourself.

Have you uploaded a gallery on here? A member’s page? If so, because you don’t have a site, stick the links in your signature box like you did with your panty trust page.

Try a yahoo group – you can add photo albums to those.

hi Tabitha…i think its prolly not just a case of you being a smoker or your size, maybe some people, as anna said, prefer smaller women and some non smokers, but i think everyone gets requests and then no reply..i do all the time, there are prolly lots of reasons, they run out of money, theyre a first time buyer and decided not to go ahead, the wife saw the email lol,they found someone cheaper ( men can be very cheap!!) etc etc..so dont worry about it..itll all come together soon 🙂

It is tough getting things swinging hun, it really takes time and a lot of work. My advice, get a blogger, or a WordPress blog (WP are better but complex at times)

I see you have a Yahoo 360. A blog-blog would do you much better, something for guys to visit daily and somewhere you can put your new pics as you take them. You can get it on search engines too (look at Anna’s) and exchange links with other bloggers. The statistics for my site show that my blog kicks the ass of my actual site for hits twice over and then some. Blogs goooood!  :cheer: Fill it with rubbish and they will come.

Your size, never an issue hun. In fact it works in your favour… if you want it to. With a blog you can put your pics up and never have to answer a question about your size (which BTW I find quite rude guys) Got to say I don’t think you’re big at all  🙂 I have guys that open my site, see me and turn around and walk out. I see what Rachy is saying.

By being a seller who smokes you’re immediately limiting the number of buyers who will happily buy from you. Probably as a smoker yourself Tabitha you don’t realise how much you, your hair, your clothes etc will have that smell, it’s a very pervasive smell.

I’ve bought stuff from a smoking household on ebay and I’ve had to clean wash it immediately, some stuff I’ve had to chuck because it’s made me feel sick.

We’ve had some posts on here from buyers who have felt cheated that they’ve bought panties that they’ve had to throw away.

You’re right to say you’re a smoker, you can’t hide that fact from your buyers and it’s right that they know but of course as Rachy says there will be buyers who are smokers who won’t mind at all.

In fact, make the fact that you are a smoker a feature! Big yourself up, turn your negs into positives and have some pics of you in panties smoking maybe, lots of guys love the phallic symbolism of the cigarette in your mouth, or as you can’t take face pics, held elegantly in the hand, get a cigarette holder maybe?

Lots of people have smoking fetishes. Be the first seller to make that into her ‘thing’.

i think the smoking thing thats been mentioned is only true to a certain extent…im a smoker, but i dont often smoke in the house, and i know for a fact my hair clothes etc, and especially my panties do not smell of smoke at all..so it all depends on the amount you smoke, if you smoke in the house al the time, as to wether your clothes etc will smell of smoke

I think’ll I’ll have to warn people about smelling of smoke anyway as I work on psychiatric wards where about 80% smoke {oh well}
