    Basically, there isn’t one.

For anyone interested in hearing most of the regional accents in the British Isles click on the following link…

    It’s fascinating stuff.

that really is interesting, i know accents vary wildly in the us.
even inside a state, the way you say it may not change as far as a accent goes, but the slang, and inflections are incredibly different.

I went up to Rochester, NY, which is in W NY state, and no one sounded like NYC people. More northerly, less urban. Kinda funny.

I just had an aunt and uncle move to Vancouver, BC, from Seattle. People talk about a “Canadian accent”, but the Vancouver accent is one of a kind. It’s funny. I’d love to find a wiki on that stuff.

I believe, as most Texans do, that Texans do not have an accent, rather we have a draw…I personally feel that I don’t have an accent at all, but I’ve told that to people in real life and they’re all, “Are you kidding?”

I can’t tell the difference between a Canadian accent and an American accent, but I can identify the Texan accent! 😉
