What would you say in this situation?

ok girls, I need some advice.  I had an acution up, sold the panty and have been talking to the buyer.  Well he assumed that there were pics included of the item( not the auction pics)  and there werent.  It said no where in the auction anything about pictures included.  So now he is kinda ticked, I offered that he could purchase some for A small extra fee, but he said no  and I think he is trying to guilt me into including them.  What would you ladies do? I dont want to piss him  off and risk a neg.  Should I just keep telling him no?

Keep telling him no. You didn’t advertise extra pics so why should you include them just because he didn’t read the description properly? It’s not like you have to prove you wore them because you’re verified!

If he negs you because of it then you neg him back. Having a neg isn’t a disaster, why you have it and how you handle having it will say more about you as a seller than a dozen positives.

Stick to your guns Jamie. You’re not the one who made the mistake.

Anna is quite right.If you send a picture he may want two the next time and this can get out of control.
Tell him to view the pictures on your blog .
If he is genuine he should accept your terms,good luck.

thanks Anna, I guess I really just needed someone to tell me I was right…..lol. He also wanted to pay me with Paypal in the beginning( I dont use them!)…ugg. ANyway thanks, I’m not gonn back down we will see what happens.

It sounds like he’s trying to blackmail you into some free pics.  Tell him the pics are not included and if he’s going to threaten to neg you you’ll send copies of the auction page plus copies of his e-mails to the auction site admin…  Any neg he leaves will be removed and he’ll have a strike against him when it’s revealed he plays dirty.  Other panty girls won’t want to deal with him if he’s dishonest like that.

Treat the HONEST buyers like gold!  smt  But let the dishonest ones know you’re not to be trifled with!  :knuppel2:

Jamie-
All he needs to do is sign in & click the My Stuff tab in the auctions & he can view all auctions he has won.  That includes the listing as it appeared when it was an active auction, by selecting a particular auction & clicking the view item info button.  Likewise you can view your sold auctions as well, in the My Stuff section.  If he realizes these records are kept within the auction site, perhaps he will back off.  Could just be a case of not reading carefully enough, but once he sees his mistake, he should appoligise! 

Don’t let him tell you he thinks you changed it afterward either, because changes to the listing are in a seperate notation area of the listing & the original listing remains the same as it was. I know this because I have had to correct a listing. Stick to your guns girl! –Kate

As your listing said nothing about emailing any pictures of you wearing the item, he dosen`t have a leg to stand on, so as every one else has been saying…..stick to your guns on this.
