Dear Krooze. You put it much better than me but i do agree with all you say.
What saddened me was the fact that fellow panty sellers were so quick to judge and i had hoped Panty Hog may have contacted the seller with a chance of right to reply. All that good spirit i thought was here has now vanished,i do hope the young lady is genuine, but without proof who am i to judge? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?? ?jazzy? ?
August 12, 2005 at 6:48 am #3277leatherznzpiceMemberJazy, don’t be too downhearted my friend, I think Krooze got it right with his comments, perhaps the young lady just had a bad day and chose unwisely in her reply to barksdale.? Whatever!
Buyers should always ask questions and if they don’t like the replies they get then it’s their right to look elsewhere.
And Cindy got it spot on sellers have lives too and may have perfectly valid reasons for doing or not doing pics etc .. their choice, respect it!? If you don’t like it then move on to another seller? 🙂
Respect other people and build up some trust with someone you like .. and as Cindy says it’s a two way street.
August 12, 2005 at 8:21 pm #3280darkhairedkarenMemberJazzy, I think there’s lots of goodwill between panty buyers and panty sellers…Â I just think we’ve all had one or two bad experiences which really pissed us off…Â Because one or two bad apples is spoiling things for all the good apples out there.
I believe it was The Great Cindy who advised, “pamper your customers” (even the ones who are just asking a question.) I keep this in mind; maybe that’s why I haven’t had anyone be mean to me yet? There’s lots of love to go around – we just have to keep giving it! 🙂
August 12, 2005 at 8:32 pm #3281Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberHey Karen, I did giggle .. its true that not only does it make your customer feel good when you pamper him, it also makes you feel good inside too … (well it does me – and Im sure others feel that warmy glow?)
..but now and again you will be faced with a right difficult one but still try and pamper them too, even if you break a nail in anger replying to their 96th email asking the same stuff over again or if they just being damn right offish – just keep smiling and stay patient and grin through those gritted teeth and think beautiful thoughts lol
Only if they are downright rude and offensive then I generally send them “Im out of the office forever!” or “In an eternal business meeting” reply and stick them on my spam list lol

August 12, 2005 at 8:39 pm #3282jazzyMemberDear Karen, I agree with all you say but i was ”conned ” twice before i found Cindy. Now i assume everyone has found someone like her but sadly that is not the case.I see now i may have sounded unfair but i love all the ladies i have befriended on Panty Hog and hope we still remain so for a long time.

August 12, 2005 at 8:50 pm #3283Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberaww thank you Jazzy and I really hate hearing when people have been ripped off. I hate that with a vengeance!
Sadly, we all know that not all panty sites are the real deal, but I think that most customers like to get to know the seller a bit beforehand if they can, which I think is a great way of finding out things – not only if its a real girl behind the site but also if you get along too.
After all, it is a very sensual, sexy thing two people are sharing – it just makes it even more special when you share a secret spark too 🙂

I can understand, Jazzy. One of my customers told me that he’s even been scammed by “resellers”; guys who buy panties from a woman, enjoy them, then try to resell them as being freshly worn (to another panty lover.)  Can you believe that:huh:

August 17, 2005 at 5:45 pm #3363cherieMemberWow, what a discussion to have (almost) missed!
I have to agree with Jess that it’s not just a five-minute thing for some of us to take a picture, so a guy asking for a verification pic without even placing an order could be damn annoying.? And sadly there are just as many wankers trying to get a freebie out of us girls as there are scoundrels trying to rip off the guys.? ?? ?Sometimes it’s really tough to walk the line between pampering the customer and getting ripped off ourselves, you know?
However, as barksdale HAD actually offered to pay extra for the photo, well, if I were he I’d have been leery too.
Because it does take so long to set up a picture session I won’t do freebie pics, but I really enjoy coming up with what I think of as “secret messages” to my customers actual and potential.? Like I did a panty parade peepshow once as a birthday gift for a guy, and another with me in “goth” style outfits for a guy who liked that look.? I’m happy to try and work in some kind of verifying detail, so long as I can use the pictures on my site and not just for that one customer, if that makes any sense.? ?

CherieOctober 25, 2005 at 9:52 pm #4638worn4uMemberWOW…? ? I have only just seen this, what this toe rag fails to mention is YES that was my reply but was this the 8th email or 9th:huh: You requested a pair, I agreed a price and then you sent, 2,3,4,5,6,7 more emails asking questions about me, I replied politely each time spending in total about an hour on you only for you to then suddenly turn around and ask for a free picture before you purchased. Yes I was rude with the final one because I had given up on you wasting anymore of my time.? fu
Donna
PS Yes He Offered to pay extra for the picture AFTER I had sent it, he is a freebie hunter looking to get off on the emails.October 26, 2005 at 1:34 am #4639KroozeMemberI’m glad you finally saw thew thread and got a chance to reply, Donna!!!! I guess we are all reminded now that there are two sides to every story. It’s good to see your side! It’s bad to see someone only gave us certain facts to sway our opinion!!!!!!
Oh well, another accusation layed to rest!!!!!!

October 26, 2005 at 12:16 pm #4646Cindy_PantyParadiseMemberWell this is often the case that there is two sides to every story. I just find it sad that some people feel compelled to write things in the Forum, when it may not be fully justified.
So, well said Donna – I can’t believe you only just saw it!? Which has now made me realise that in future I feel that if there is any negative feedback towards a seller, then either PK or the moderators should contact the seller and inform them about it.? That way it gives the seller a chance to also put her side of the story accross.
However, the bottom line is, these sorts of issues should be sorted out privately between a seller and a client and should not really be brought out for the rest of the community to take sides.
Only if a buyer has felt as though he has genuinely been ripped off by a seller and has tried to sort it out privately first but with no luck, then that may be the time to make a post.
Personal views or feelings that don’t relate to a sale should be kept to yourself.? So if you have a personal problem with another seller or a site or a buyer – just ignore them – they won’t always go away but you don’t need to associate yourselves with them either.

October 26, 2005 at 4:10 pm #4647andieMemberWell another suggestion might be that panty sellers might want to visit the forums more than once a year. Part of any job is keeping up with what’s going on in your community or area. B)
October 29, 2005 at 4:13 pm #4666worn4uMemberHi again
I have limited time and although this forum is going from strength to strength I hold my hands up, I am a VERY rare visitor. I like keeping myself to myself, I do not stop by other sellers web sites each day, copying ideas and worrying what they do, I get on with my own thing and focus on that more than others.
I did do my part however in ensuring this site had a DMOZ entry (as the person responsible for advertising should be able to verify) and I agree with Cindy, web masters should be contacted when negative comments are published.
I do get on very well with Cindy and I am being honest when I say I am shocked that a few other panty sellers were quick to criticise.

I do get on very well with Cindy and I am being honest when I say I am shocked that a few other panty sellers were quick to criticise.Sorry I was so quick to judge. Since we only had his account of what happened, it did make you look bad. But with your side of things… Well… Let’s just say, I once spent an hour (or more) chatting with a guy. He had never bought from anyone before but was super scared of being ripped off. He was in a certain situation that I wanted to send him a “spoil” package, but since I am not working right now I couldn’t afford to do it for free. I offered to throw in a lot of extras if he bought a pair. Even after the long conversation we had (and the opportunity to chat more – I am online every day), he was still scared of me ripping him off. Some people have fears that are impossible to assuage. Sellers put something out there for “nothing” (our pics, advertisement, websites, auctions, etc.); we have no assurance that we’ll get anything back for our time, effort, and money. Buyers also put out a bit of trust by paying BEFORE the goods are received. I think it’s important to acknowledge that both sides “give” a bit in this case… But I don’t think I’ll bother jumping through a dozen hoops in an attempt to satisfy a suspicious prospective buyer again… If it takes that much proving of myself, I would guess that no amount would be sufficient.
Thanks for sharing your side of things, Donna.
October 30, 2005 at 9:39 am #4674worn4uMemberThat is okay, this guy just really wound me up, I speant so much time on him… blah blah blah and he then leaves what could have been a damaging message like that… Anyway, I like your blogspot, if your interested in sharing a link exchange let me know…
