My advice is to try a blog initially. A lot of sellers are very successful with their blogs providing you are not too explicit. In fact most current sellers have blogs as opposed to sites.

I’ve checked your profile and seen that you are in the UK. There is nothing to risk by giving out your account number and sort code so that buyers can pay by BACS. This information is printed on your cheques so it is hardly top secret and a security risk is it?

You can also accept amazon vouchers as payment too.

Confused about what? There is no argument about Paypal. It really is very simple. You can’t use them. If you do then you are using them against their wishes and you deserve everything you get from them ie frozen account and disappointed buyers.

You can be careful and you can get away with it..until you don’t any more…and then what do you do if a buyer has paid but you can’t access the money?

The fact is that there are dozens of newbie sellers who think they can get away with it, and guess what? They get caught.
