The guarantee that PT gives on PT verified sellers isn’t that you will definitely get your panties. Nobody can guarantee that. The guarantee is that you won’t be out of pocket.

PT will help you chase up your order. They will contact the seller on your behalf, to try and find out what is happening and they will get back to you and inform you what is happening.

If they also can’t get hold of the seller they will reimburse you if you show evidence of what you tried to purchase and evidence that you have been chasing the seller for either a refund or the goods you ordered.

The idea of getting verified is that genuine sellers will make the effort in the first place and for as long as they want to sell they will do a good job in keeping their buyers happy. Any seller can go bad at the end of her selling career. Nobody can foresee it and nobody can guarantee against it. We have a policy on PH that we don’t like spam, constant posts with no content other than an url. If Dawn or anyone else had done this then we would have deleted the lot. As far as I know Dawn hasn’t done this, at all, on PH.

If Dawn has done this elsewhere then that is none of our business, because we only Mod for this board.

First thing you need to do is take all the paypal buttons off your blog.

Then you need to research and find out what options you can use. Hopefully some kind US sellers will come along and give you some ideas.
