Karen… its difficult .. last year i was up to a 7 week waiting list.? I am only human and can only physically wear one pair of panties per 24 hours.

Many clients do realise this and will be happy to wait as long as you display it on your site prominently where they can see before they order then its not usually a problem.

Also I would tell them when you receive their order and offer them a refund if they didnt notice the waiting time.

I have to admit though that most dont mind the wait if they feel its worth waiting for.

About scheduling .. the trick is to not panic or lose overview.  I have an A4 folder in monthly calender style with days of the week on one page, and everyone is pencilled in for a particular day/s … if you cant decide who goes first then make a rule .. first paid, first served.
