Memberhope your getting somewhere with this Anna you must be getting very worried.
PRH a lot of the food you buy is frozen any way so they would not know the difference. the only thing i have fed live is bearded dragons which ate crickets and locus, they would not eat the dead ones they did have to be live. the only way you could get them to eat dead insects is to have a plate that vibrated to simulate them moving lol:lol:

Memberwhat sort of snakes are they? i would have thought you could catch them with food when they are hungry, its just a case of trying to hide it from the dogs (if it were my dogs the chance would be slim to none!)
as to warning next door, rather you than me! i would hang on a bit and see if i could catch them, some people may freak out if they thought they may wake up with a snake in the bed lol.
