I think there are two types of sellers (actually I think there are more but for the purposes of this discussion etc etc…), sellers who really give a damn about what their buyers think of them, and those who don’t.
I couldn’t say what the motivation is for people who treat selling like the objective is simply to shift panties in vast quantities, though I could hazard a guess. I’m one of those people who has a terrible desire to be told she’s a good girl 😉 so every time I get good feedback, it makes me feel amazing, and so I put effort into making sure I get good feedback, so I can get that feeling again, and so on… and because I put time and effort into my panties, beyond just wearing them and chucking them in the post, I feel like they’re worth more than minimum wage, haha.
I’m not saying everyone who sells cheap is only ever after as many sales as possible. It just sometimes comes across that way.
Can’t really comment on whether I’ve ever come across a ‘too good to be true’ situation, everything’s been as expected 🙂 there are some lovely buyers out there but I’m not sure how’d you get one that was so good that they seemed like a fantasy.
Or am I just not attracting the right guys? 😛
