MemberNicola has identified the key issue. My wife knows half the story. She knows that I love the smell of her pussy, and that I have found that smell on her panties. She found it strange, but it wasn’t a big deal.
If everything worked out in life the way it should, I would never seek another woman’s panties. But life doesn’t always cooperate. Where should I start?
First, I’m forty years old. My wife is more than ten years older than I am, going through menopause.
Second, the life she led before we met taught her a lot of sexual shame, and I’m her second husband. We met relatively late in her life. It isn’t always easy for her to allow herself to enjoy sex. And she is quite self-conscious about her smell.
Finally, several years ago she mysteriously contracted several urinary tract infections. She began a regimen of washing, changing her underwear twice daily, and wearing panty liners to catch the occasional squirt of pee when she coughs.
None of that diminishes my love for her, or my sexual interest. But our sex life has dwindled to around two times a month, and there’s almost never any smell in her panties to tide me over while I wait for her.
How’s that for a story?

She bought us a FoodSaver Vac550. It really sucks! And that’s a good thing! :laugh:
It has held up well over the past six or seven years. I think it’s time for me to replace the foam gaskets on it, but otherwise it is performing fine. It’s not a cheap model, it looks like it retailed for $120 – $150 U.S. But, often, you get what you pay for.
MemberI always borrow or buy panties — I never steal them. Stealing is wrong!
And if I do borrow them, they are returned promptly, in the same condition that they were found.

MemberTwo years ago, when I first discovered the Hog, I contributed a story which explained how I got here. The story covers a lot of ground (I can go on, can’t I? So much for the myth of taciturn men), but it includes some discussion of whether panties constitute cheating.
No, I don’t answer the question, but I do think about it. And I know that my wife would definitely consider it to be cheating. But, if our sex life was what it used to be — or if she would just leave her OWN panties in a suitable condition for me to enjoy, I probably would not even be here…

MemberI probably wouldn’t have discovered Harry Potter if I hadn’t become a parent. My son loves the HP stories. But I’m not ashamed to admit that I enjoyed them as well.
I read plenty of fantasy and sci-fi as a kid. As I moved into my adolescence and my reading tastes broadened, I began to see that quite a bit of the books on my shelf were dreck. But well-written epics which hint at deep themes, such as Lord of The Rings, continue to earn my respect. In my view, Rowling has earned her place alongside Tolkien.

1979 was the only year that I lived outside of the United States. And I didn’t just saunter over to Canada. My Dad’s employment took the family to North Africa. It was an international project. People from at least nine different countries were gathered together.
Not only did 1979 provide me with a global perspective that would last the rest of my life, it was also the year I met my wife. I was in middle school. She was a young mother, 13 years my senior, recently married to a colleague of my Dad’s!
Don’t panic — she and I took no notice of each other until 13 years later. By that time, she was divorced from her first husband, and I had graduated from college.
Who knows if I would have ever taken an interest in panties if I had fallen in love with a woman my own age? I’m in my 40’s now, and she’s going through menopause. 🙁
