Looks nice. I hope that you will also apply what you said about deadbeat bidders to sellers also.
I stopped buying from auctions because of a bad ebanned experience. I won the auction and paid immediately for the item. Many promises and excuses later I never did get the item I paid for.
I emailed the people there and told them about getting had from this seller and I suggested that they tighten up on dropping sellers that don’t send items.
I got a nasty & threatening response back telling me that using their auction site was a privilege and not a right and that if I wanted to keep my account there I should take the hit and refrain from suggesting any improvements to the admins.
If you assure me that you’ll keep a tight lid on bogus sellers and that your customer service here is at the very least civil and actually cares what customers have to say I might just give auctions another try.
