First, avoid doing any business at MPS!!
If he has already paid you, than offer him a refund, and revisit the offer once your tech probs are sorted.
Unfortunately if you cannot supply what he’s paid for, then m’fraid he has some rights to be annoyed, but not angry or abusive!
If he hasn’t paid you, then you have nothing to worry about.
Just apologies for the inconvenience, get a new camera and stop using MPS! 🙂

My(other) business lost $10.000 thanks to PP.

We got paid by a man with a stolen credit card, PP froze our account as the amount received was over the limit, by the time they reactivate it (only took 2 months of letters writing, phone calls and faxes, all of which seem to ended up in a vacum somewhere at PP world), the original transaction was retracted and we never got paid.
We tried to take PP to court, but we were told it was a civil case, and we would need legal representation. Having just lost a huge sum of money, that was impossible.
As far as I am concern, PP is ONLY good for fraudulent activities.

Personally I find it rather hard to understand why someone would place orders when they’re not sure they can pay for the goods.
Bank transfers from UK to UK are standard and efficient, unless you have no funds.

Your starting post was confusing to begin with, first you specifically ask for panties from scotland, then it turns into any location will do.

If you are a genuine buyer I’m sure you’ll would find a way to buy Sam’s panties without freebies expectations.
Till then, sorry, I shall remain unconvinced, this doesn’t mean you’re not genuine and surely your last post is appreciated.

Basically the PP transaction is made with a stolen credit card, when PP finds out they do a ‘charge back’, meaning they take the money back from your PP account or bank.

PP does not accept any responsibilities for allowing their clients to use stolen cards.

Its becoming a fairly popular scam!
