Have you taken a look at myusedpantystore.com? I believe you can use your credit card to receive payments safely and discreetly with their system and is much friendlier at least from my brief experience. “Brief” because it’s free to register but I was unable to pay the membership fees required to sell there.

I had the same issue with MUPS. I want to pay my membership fee and sales fee, but without a cc or bank account I am unable to do so.

I run my own own panty site although being so new the biggest obstacle I face (besides snail mail payment options) is the lack of online feedback. I can advertise all I want but no one seems to want panties from the new girl on the block lol. So it has been very slow for me.
I still keep in touch with my potential buyers over email and yahoo chat. Most of them are very sweet and polite so I don’t mind. If I can’t get feedback on my panties at least I can feedback on my personality 😛 Just make sure to log conversations over IMs in case you pick up a bad egg.

If you already have feedback I think you may have better luck since I think you can always link them your feedback.
