I think he means when ladies get that slightly sour edge to their scent which you’re right mackensie , it does mean an excess of anerobic bacteria so I usually get it when I’ve been doing very physically hard work . Some ladies get it because of wearing non-breathing panties too much {satin , polyester etc} and some people get it as a precursor to thrush…did I just ruin the moment …sorry  :unsure:
