🙂 I’ve made them already …those I normally knit .
Made a valentines one for my dearly beloved . It was purple and green and black stripes with a  big purple bow on the end ..hehehe
You basically knit a tube then lace a ribbon around one end , pull it tight then tie a bow ..
Voila One willy warmer.

hehehe just don’t microwave if they’re glittery , hmm headlines about panty microwaving fires dancing in my brain….
I don’t think even if the seller was greek you’d get them warm because no seller would hand deliver them unless they knew you very well or had a bit of a death wish.
That said did an experiment over the weekend and holding the plastic baggie under your armpit for about 20 mins or sleeping with it in your bed overnight will raise the panties to about body heat..yes I was bored all right! :cheer:
