My personal suggestion is to subscribe a great venue as http://www.myusedpantystore.com. There you will find friendly people, buyers and seller, and a great community, and of course a great way to sell your undergarments 😉
There are also more chance, for example open your website, post ads here as well, just my suggestion is: introduce yourself, tell to the forum where are you from, your fetishes, well: about yourself 🙂
And with a little patient and dedication I am sure you can sell 🙂
