The new site is more involved than the old. The new site asks your computer to perform a few more functions that it didn’t before which is more of an issue than the graphics. If you have a high speed connection, the speed at which the site loads is likely more dependent on your computer’s processing speed and free RAM.

Now that the site is up and the access critical issues have been delt with, I am beginning to tune it for speed. The biggest resource hogs that are slowing most people down at the moment are the the loading of the “From the Member Gallery”, the Mini Chat, and the video chatroom login box. I’m looking at alternatives for these things so we can speed things up for everyone. In the mean time, if you are finding that the site “hangs” for you, try viewing the forum in the full-width setting which doesn’t display the extras on the right-hand side of the page. If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure you upgrade to the newest version (IE7), and that your browser cache isn’t full. Firefox does move faster, but the site isn’t as “pretty” in Firefox. I’ll see how much I can streamline the current for speed, but I will likely also be adding a “lite” version of Panty Hog that members who find the site takes long to load or that access it through their PDA/cell phone can use.

Prostitution has been illegal in the USA since the early 1900’s. Be careful about the Nevada thing, there is just a very tiny, out in the middle of nowhere, spot in the remote desert where it is legal only in a couple of state approved “ranches”. Look for a “date” in Vegas and you go to jail.

In the USA, if a John and a prostitute get caught, they both go to jail, and in many communities the John gets his picture and name put in the local paper, and if he picked up the prostitute with his car, his car is permanently taken from him as well.

I fixed the Youtube posts. Putting a Youtube video in your post just requires the video number that comes after the “v” in the Youtube link surrounded by the Youtube brackets.

So Mike, your video appears by typing this:

and Ruby yours appears by typing this:

{ youtube}unmkX15AeN8{/youtube}

Note: You need to take out the space I put in between the “{” and “you..” I had to make that space to show you the code, if I didn’t leave the space, it would show the video instead :blink:

You can post videos from any site even those you have uploaded here to your Panty Hog Member gallery. See the video help page for all the codes.

Yes, snow is the big topic around here. The weather man says we got 21.5 ” over the weekend here, but that is sitting on top of the five inches of snow/ice we got on Thursday. It is over my dog’s head, but she loves it anyway.

To follow up, the link from Pantybid to the forum area here has been fixed, the commenting on the Member Pages is active again (don’t forget you can now comment on the front page news too), and it is my understanding that the display issue some had is now corrected.
