Sorry to hear about this. It is very important that when you have a situation like this that you send the username of the nonpaying bidder so that I can close their account. We have a one strike and you are out policy to prevent bad bidders from bidding again. Doing it to one person is the bidder’s fault, allowing that bad bidder to do this to someone else is the auction venue’s fault.

As far as the other auction site, maybe you are lucky that you don’t have a credit card. Remember you pay there to post an auction so when the winner doesn’t pay, you are out cash as well as time. Here is a recent quote from a seller on their forums describing her experience there: “i’m getting more and more frustrated…deadbeat bidders, liars, swindlers, bad mail system, i should take a few weeks off til the dust settles…..”. This seller said this in a thread about a bad bidder she had and others there responded that they recognized this bidder because he also screwed them. Instead of bouncing this known bad bidder from the system immediately, the person who runs that auction site suggested that the seller “take some time off”! Meanwhile the person causing the problem is free to continuing duping other sellers there who are paying money to list.

Please IM me with usernames of your bad bidders when you have the chance so I can ensure they are no longer on the Panty Hog auctions.

Sorry about the trouble Minnie but your photo is now active. The problem was that the profile image needs to be around 100 x 100 pixels. The script will re size an image if it is close but the image that you were trying to upload was 1,128 x 2,048 pixels. Translated into inches: 15.6 inches x 28.4 inches that is, if you printed it out, the image would be 1 1/2 feet wide by over two feet tall! Lol! 😉

It was just too large for the program to squeeze down to an inch by an inch. I used a photo editing program to minimize it and then uploaded it. Since it was a big photo squeezed down so much though, it is a little hard to see, so if you have another pic with more lighting, you might want to exchange it.

Please make certain that you are in the new photo area listed as “Panty Galleries” in the Panty Pleasures menu to the left. The direct link is: https://www.usedpantyportal.com/index.php?option=com_gallery2&Itemid=273

It sounds as if you may be attempting to upload photos into the Archive Panty Galleries which is closed to new uploads. If you are in the new gallery area (https://www.usedpantyportal.com/index.php?option=com_gallery2&Itemid=273) and you still have upload problems, please send me an IM here and I will help you.

Your profile photo here in the forums isn’t showing either. Follow Mike’s directions in the other thread to fix that.

If you go to your auction listing, you will see some links along the upper right-hand side. One of them is titled “Edit/add to listing” if you click that, you should be able to edit your auction as you need. If you need more help, please IM me and I will be happy to help you.

What do you mean by her PH email? If she’s waiting for the activation email one needs to click on to activate their registration this is sent instantly. Even allowing a little time for email server slowdowns, if you don’t see it within an hour (usually it will be there in seconds), then it is safe to assume your email is being censored by your email provider (AOL is famous for this) or it has wound up in your bulk/junk folder. If your friend is waiting for this activation email, please ask her to contact me via the contact form here and I will manually activate her account for her.

If you come across a bad link in the directory, by all means feel free to report it and we’ll take it out. As far as profiles however, we have well over 6000 members now and checking all of the profiles would be a serious undertaking. As Cindy mentioned, another problem is that some people disappear for a few months and come back so I wouldn’t want to delete someone who was just away for awhile. I could do something like purge the profiles of those who haven’t logged in in a year but is that long enough to figure someone is never coming back? That would be a tough call. As always though, I am open to suggestions. If users here want some sort of policy regarding this we can do it.  😉

The rental boxes haven’t been put back up yet because the rebuild of the complex isn’t quite done yet. Whatever it was when the box was removed will be returned when they are put back. In other words, it is rent free at the moment.

I am currently on the 2007 Panty Hog North American tour 😉
(enjoying free wi-fi in airports and hotels), but when I return, we will be finishing the SL renovation. There are some plans for our official SL reopening late in July.

Thank you Cindy and whomever (Anna?) cleaned up the post. As Cindy said, we have an opening for a moderator, if someone would like to do it or would just like to more information, just let me know. The job pays 100 times the cost of being a member of Panty Hog. For those that are mathematically challenged that is: 100 x $0.00 = $0.00  :cheer: . Okay well it ain’t much but it really helps out, and you get the fun of having that big, red “delete” button to play with.  🙂
