In the USA a post office box user just needs to give out the box number. The sender can put anything or nothing on the name line, as long as the box number is correct. Anyone though can make a request to the post office for the name of the person or business that rents a particular P.O. box number.

I believe Alertpay only uses your email address, I don’t think that they give out your name when someone pays you. A seller might be able to answer that question better though.
