Logging out first from the home page http://www.usedpantyportal.com/index.php is recommended. However, if you clear all your temporary internet files and cookies, it should log you out any way. So, if you have trouble logging out, just clear those cookies and files. It is good for your machine to clear out all your caches occasionally any way. By the way, leave Panty Hog and go to another site to clear your cookies/files, if you do it while a window with Panty Hog is open, it likely won’t clear out the bad cookie.

If you see other people’s folders that means that they have left their gallery open for anyone to edit and add to. Gallery’s should not be set to share. I will go through and see who has galleries set to share and un share them.

As far as the problems you mentioned. Unfortunately, these are problems that have been popping up more and more. They can be fixed one at a time, but I’d really like to upgrade to a newer gallery system. Unfortunately no one has replied to my post asking for input regarding whether to dump the old gallery and all of the files and start new or to keep the old gallery and start a new one to be used from now on.

I’ll just make the call and have a new gallery area up soon.

You are right Kez you have seen this just the other day. I personally deleted the last posts about this and possibly even banned the account used. So here it is under a new account.

Panty Hog has only a few very simple rules. Unlike most of the panty related sites that start the silly screaming of  bloody murder if you mention another site or God forbid post a link to your own site, we provide anyone with the opportunity to promote their site endlessly here, that’s what Panty Hog is all about. However we do simply ask that you don’t spam the board. This means don’t just register and make posts in the forum with nothing but a “visit my site” and a URL. If it isn’t worth someones time to type up a few sentences along with their url, then they ought to go pay to have their link put elsewhere.

Since this time there is a little interaction I will let this thread stay. However, personally I feel it is a bit insulting to the panty community here to post a link to an unfinished site with not a glimmer yet of information on who exactly is selling the panties. Not to mention with the expectation that someone is going to pay money without a clue of what they are paying for. How could anyone possibly make an order when they don’t even see anyone selling there yet?   :huh: We have a history of serious problems in the panty community with people attempting to set up panty farms or even completely fraudulent selling sites. The members here at Panty Hog have worked very hard to expose ripoffs and to gain the trust of many who have been burned. Thanks to them, buyers and fans know that there are indeed more genuine sellers than bad. I have no idea where this site is on that measure because there isn’t enough information available. My suggestion to anyone though would be to wait until your site is finished before promoting it to avoid appearing as less then genuine.

Thanks to everyone who has been zapping the moron spammer, and yes, it is nice to let me know what happened, but really as long as I just know the username, I can ban them.

It is really pretty fruitless and a waste of the spammer’s time since we are on different time zones, between the moderators and myself, the spam message is caught pretty much ’round the clock and deleted. The spammer needs to make a new email account, register here, get the activation email, come back and log in, and then post his silly shit. Then likely minutes later it is deleted. Seems like a lot of work for two minutes of fame! LOL!

We can’t really put a delay on. I can set it so that I have to hand approve every new account before they can post but that really is inconvenient for most new users. I can’t imagine the spammer has had any luck here, but let’s see how it goes. If he insists on returning, we may need to set all registrations to require approval for a bit.

Both of these sites are back up and running now on their new servers. Everything seems to how come out okay except for missing images in Kinky Kate’s Panty Mall store. This should be fixed shortly.
