When a person gets banned it’s their IP address that’s blocked, right? So he would have to change his IP address every time he signs up for a new account?

Why keep signing up for accounts? Seems like a lot of trouble, but these types are usually pretty troubled themselves.

Wertho, you could try having a girl friend pretend to be a stranger giving you her panties, if that’s your fantasy. But meeting a seller, especially when you have no previous relationship, is about slim to none.
