I haven’t seen this thread before! It’s something I’d never considered….. π Maybe Russell Crowe has bought my panties!!! Hmmmm I had an order from Australia not too long ago….
Mind you, that was probably just Mel Gibson again…Aaaagh! Swoon.
chandiespantiesMemberHa! Thanks Babe π And right back at ya!
Funny how “smite” sounds so similar to “spite”……
chandiespantiesMemberLol!! I just noticed I recently got a smite too π
chandiespantiesMemberHey Jess π
I’ll link to you!
It’s worth remembering a couple of things about google and how some “divas” may seem too demanding. Since they changed their algorithms to weigh PR more heavily than content it’s become incredibly difficult to get placed highly. “Used panties” is searched for about 20,000 times a month and returns over 2 million results. So getting on even the first 2 or 3 pages takes a lot of hard work.
So some site owners who rely heavily on search engines for their business are understandably reluctant to do anything to damage their hard won ranking. And there is a lot of evidence to suggest that linking to sites with low PR damages your own PR.
As for Ebanned… it’s a business. And it’s also the Ebay of adult auctions. So rightly or wrongly they charge a little more to advertize. But your banner is going to get seen a lot.
Anyway, let me know if you want to link exchange! (Unless you think I’m one of those divas you mentioned :P)

chandiespantiesMemberLooking good π
chandiespantiesMemberI’d have to agree with you Cindy.
I get a lot of traffic through PantyDraw. And I’m really not convinced it’s a spelling mistake…. maybe PantyDrawer was already registered?
Amber, it may be worth jumping through some hoops in the long run π

Edited to add : Oooh! I got Karma! How did that happen? π
chandiespantiesMemberHello! Yeah, they don’t seem like a bad bunch on here so far π
chandiespantiesMemberHope you have a wonderful birthday! π
chandiespantiesMemberMaybe I’ll go ahead and do it thenΓΒ π
Please understand I was in no way trying to call into question the service they offer. It’s just that I’ve always wondered if buyers were really reassured by it.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve always thought that the sign and panties thing just proved that that particular girl was wearing those particular panties. No guarantee that she will be wearing subsequent ones….
Perhaps I’m overlooking somethingΓΒ :unsure:And I agree Jess. It does demonstrate that the seller has gone the extra mile to prove she’s real.
And I may well join you all in chat when my schedule is a little less hectic! Things will be back to normal later this week. Don’t have a webcam though…

chandiespantiesMemberHi Chandie and welcome to the forum?
Thanks! I like this place π
chandiespantiesMemberAlso Google ad-words was good too but you find that occassionally competitors will click your link to cause you costs.
Lol!! Yeah! The bastards!!
On the subject of Panty Trust….. does it help? I’ve looked into it a couple of times and I don’t know. Wouldn’t their requirements be fairly easy to fake? I guess what I’m asking is does it help to reassure buyers? I’m not a verified seller, but I don’t struggle for sales.
Opinions would be greatly appreciated.C x
chandiespantiesMemberI had to work from the floor upwards too and really wanted to template my site but after having a look around people actually prefer something amateur. I was spured on by seeing these really cute sites that everyone claimed was there first try at site building…it’s crap! Don’t believe em’!! Probably was there first site…..after years at college!!
But what about those people who build sites for a living but also like to sell our intimates? A nice looking site is not necessarily the sign of a fake. I know that’s not what you’re implying, but it annoys me sometimes when I hear all that nonsense about sites having to look amateur….
Just my 2 cents. Ha! My first post just had to be controversial! But if you know me from Ebanned you’ll already know that I speak my mind π
