PK – about this thread that was removed, was the issue ever resolved?  (Did the buyer get his money back after all, or did the seller take it and give him nothing?)  I had wondered why it was never brought back (or some kind of conclusion given, like, “it was all a miscommunication”.) 

I remember that this ripoff warning said two girls (who look very much alike, physically, and one of them does not show her face) were using the same payment processor under the same name…  That point in itself is worth addressing with the girl(s) in question, because there is the possibility that one (or both) are misrepresenting themselves.  (And in this case it is not simple drive-by observation, as the buyer did pay one girl and was going to pay the other girl when he noticed they used the same account.)

Donna, you are right.  I am glad PK stepped in to clarify what should and shouldn’t be in this area.  It’s for instances where the customer did not receive what was explicitly promised by the seller (e.g. no panties, not by the girl pictured, “delivery within one week of order”, etc.)  It’s not for complaints about customer service (e.g. delivery that is perceived to be slow, correspondence by the seller that the buyer doesn’t like, weak panties UNLESS you believe they were not worn by the girl shown for the stated amount of time.) 

I wouldn’t like censorship by having every post approved before it is published, so why not have a “form” that each new post has to follow; the writer must state:
– who the seller was
– when the transaction took place
– how much the buyer paid
– what the item was supposed to be
– what about the item was not as represented.

For posts about “this site looks fishy”, the poster obviously can’t answer these questions because s/he hasn’t bought anything (and thus it would not be a genuine complaint.)  The questions are a guideline about what it takes to be a genuine “ripoff” complaint.  If a post doesn’t conform to the format given or can’t answer the questions satisfactorily, it will be deleted.  (If it’s a genuine rip off complaint the poster can always post again using the proper format.)

As an official rule, perhaps the moderator should contact any seller who has a legitimate rip off complaint levelled against her.  We have had “complaints” posted here where, upon reading the seller’s side (and seeing the actual e-mails that were sent), it was obviously a retaliatory gesture to post the complaint (or the buyer was expecting service/products/freebies far out of the norm of the used panty community.)

It is not abuse if it is from people who have had transactions with her (and if it is worded civilly, as these complaints have been.)  If you wish to be of service to your Mistress you should tell her about this thread and the new complaints about her.  It is much more credible if she answers any complaints herself, rather than one of her sissies doing it for her.

I never noticed any symbolic small charge on my credit card when I joined up (I do paper statements, not online, though.)  In any case, Ebanned bills under the name “Kangaroo Candle Company”.  I have only ever been billed for my auction/selling fees.

Some of the girls have a personal site you can visit (to get to know them a bit better and to get their e-mail addresses.)  All the girls I mentioned are currently active sellers (even if their personal site doesn’t reflect it.)  😉

Yes, packaging is usually very discreet.  Like a plain bubble envelope – that’s it.  You could even ask her to use printed labels (so there’s no “girl’s handwriting” on the package) or the postage meter at the post office (instead of a regular stamp – this might make it look more like something from a big company).  A handy trick is to just say it’s something you bought off eBay (get her to include a worthless baseball card or something.  😉 ) 

I’ve sent packages to fellows who lived with their parents, lived with roommates, etc.  Has not been a problem ever.  Just make sure you let the lady know what steps you’d like her to take to keep things as inconspicuous as possible.

Thank you for posting this, Cherie!  Advice that is very simplistic and absolute sometimes sets a red flag off with me, and I was troubled when I really agreed with some of the points in that chain mail.  I’m glad to know that some of the points that made sense to me (e.g. avoiding the stairwells if alone, locking the car door behind you right away, etc.) are also considered good advice by experts.
