Until I discovered Photoshop on my computer (how did it get there?  :huh: ) I was watermarking using Paint.  Yep, big, opaque lettering.  No one has ever complained about the watermarking, but I have had a buyer ask if he could have the photo without the watermark.  I have no problem sending the unwatermarked photos to a buyer if they ask (or a bidder I know well).  But I put the big, ugly letters on the good parts of the photo because I’d be pissed to hell if they were ever stolen.

I think this will be a wonderful feature and will help us communicate even more…  When you get a smite you wonder who gave it to you and how you offended him/her..  Telling why you gave karma/smite will also let others know what we want to see more/less of on the forums!

Yes, if a guy seems like a bottomless pit of freebie requests, he’s likely never going to buy from you anyhow.  I have offered a boatload of free extras before but they guy never bought…  Some guys just aren’t going to pay you for what they receive, however much it is.  Move on and concentrate on the GREAT buyers/guys out there who are AWESOME!  smt

Since you offer photos with each order I say the ones insisting for the preview are freebie seekers.  Tell them a custom preview photo is $5, and if they don’t believe you are real then they should buy from someone else.

Especially if you’re like me and you hang around forums (daily) and chat rooms (sometimes), I find it’s the guys who don’t do any research that doubt your authenticity.  I’m around and out in the open all the time; too much time and effort to fake that if I am NOT real.

If a guy is hugely afraid/paranoid of being ripped off, I find there’s almost nothing you can say or do to make him comfortable enough to trust you.  There are only so many hoops I’m willing to jump through for someone who keeps insisting I’m a fake who will take off with his money.  😛
