Jazzy, I think there’s lots of goodwill between panty buyers and panty sellers…  I just think we’ve all had one or two bad experiences which really pissed us off…  Because one or two bad apples is spoiling things for all the good apples out there.

I believe it was The Great Cindy who advised, “pamper your customers” (even the ones who are just asking a question.)  I keep this in mind; maybe that’s why I haven’t had anyone be mean to me yet?  There’s lots of love to go around – we just have to keep giving it!  🙂

If you require a custom pic you should always be willing to pay for it.  $5 seems to be a common price.  If she has to do her hair and make-up, shoes and outfit for the photo then it actually is a lot of extra work for her. 

I provide custom pics to customers who have already paid.  It is included in their purchase.  I do not show my face so it is not a tremendous amount of work for me.  (The pictures are also not centerfold-quality – they are simply a little taste while the package is in the mail.)

As for a seller sending proof pics to potential buyers…  It is really the seller’s choice.  If she has more orders than she can handle then of course she’ll accept the ones that don’t ask her for extra work.  If she has been established for a long time (with lots of repeat customers who trust her) then it’s almost an insult to be asked to prove that she’s who she says she is.  This might have been what Donna was feeling.  I think she was honest (and right) to recommend that you buy from someone you DO trust if you don’t trust her.

If you still want to buy from her you can ask for referrals from previous customers or offer to pay for the pic.  If she is as much of a turn-on for you as it seems, $5 for a hot custom pic of her is a small price, IMHO.  🙂
