A very fair approach, PK.  I think the Ripoff Warning area should stay, simply because it is a place to communicate bad experiences (and a seller seeing her name here might be galvanized into addressing the problem if she had previously been ignoring the buyer’s complaints.)

Since the buyer usually sends payment before the seller sends the panties, I think it’s VERY important that we treat the buyers (who show a measure of trust in us sellers by sending payment up front) with the respect and service they deserve.
