Amazon is the big online gift cert place, I think.  When I went to go visit a U.S. panty girl (Mzleathercorset on Ebanned smt ) I had a client pay us through a purchase at giftcertificates.com (she and I had a lovely dinner out together!)

I’m still a cash-in-the-mail kind of seller.  I can spend it anywhere, and if your buyer is a trusted repeat you can extend “credit” to speed a panty purchase along – it’s not as cumbersome as you might expect.  🙂

I was a bit late to the party for the whole saga that has unfolded here…  I haven’t read everything posted on all the sites mentioned, but I’ve read all the posts here at PHog and feel like I’ve seen more than enough.

A few months ago I started a new job with long hours, so I am not very involved in pantying anymore, just selling the occasional pair to a repeat buyer or someone new who seeks me out.  As such I’m not really affected very much by some of the behaviour that’s been going around, and can offer my thoughts as someone who is a step removed from the scene.

If you’ve been accused as a fake but are genuine: say your piece in your defense then go on with life.  If you’ve been around a long time you have repeat customers, which are the lifeblood of any successful service.  If you’re relatively new, there are lots of buyers who don’t read message boards and some of them will be willing to give you a try.  If you’re real it will shine through when people try your panties.

If you’ve been accused as a fake and ARE fake: before getting defensive give a moment of thought to why people are angry when they feel defrauded.  Just because you are at peace with your behaviour doesn’t mean everyone else thinks it is acceptable, and a business transaction is a relationship that involves more than just yourself.

As for nastiness and threats (illegal!), there’s no need for any of that.  If your actions stem from having been accused, read my previous two paragraphs.

I enjoy the friendship, sexiness, and panties that compose 99% of what goes around on PHog…  I hope that will always be what makes this site great and draws users and fans.

I think there’s a wide range of “normal” for vaginal discharge, but I do wonder about the panties that are super crusty and gunky (do those ladies have an infection?  :ohmy: )  My fluids tend to dry as a stiff, pale yellow spot.  A little darker after my period, and a little more wet during certain times of the month.  Unless your doctor/gynocologist says something is amiss, Anna, I would just assume that you are normal and fine!  🙂

European Goddess, I’m sorry to hear of your bad experience…  I must agree that if you’ve been around a long time, eventually you’ll have heard of/seen most of the scams/rudeness that goes around and know how to deal with it.  The relationship works both ways, and just because you’re selling something doesn’t mean you should be afraid to make sure you get what you want, whether it’s payment, respect, friendship, or simple courtesy.

Ziploc vs. v/sealer – often, sellers AND buyers have a personal preference.  Air leaks into Ziploc bags, but vac seal bags often have a smell to them that affects the panties.  Also, when you vac seal a pair of panties it sucks the liquid from the panty crotch into the rest of the fabric…  Instead of having one really wet spot you’ll have a panty that is slighly moist everywhere.  I’d say stick with the Ziploc until it becomes clear that you have a large client base that wants vac sealed.

Canada to U.S. mail: I fold my panties as flat as possible and mail them in a 8×11 bubble envelope as an “oversized letter”.  Takes less time than parcel post (a rip off!) and there’s no need for custom forms.  Just make sure the envelope is thin and not heavy.  Postage is $0.89×2 = $1.78.  Any sort of expedited post to the U.S. costs more than $10, so unless your customer is paying for the courier it’s just not practical.

I think trying a seller for the first time, if she is well established, isn’t necessarily a big risk.  The ladies that won the Golden Panty awards this year (Cindy, Chandie, RealRed) are all long-time panty girls, and I would be surprised as hell if any of them cheated a customer.  I think the girls who have proven over the years to be good sellers have automatically earned some trust and respect and shouldn’t be lumped in with the fly-by-night scammers.  A lot of panty gals are real gems.  smt

Yes, I’d check with the buyer to make sure dirty stockings are legal in Iran and that mail is not likely to get intercepted.  AlertPay should be okay for international use.

Hi Miami,

Have a look at the Wet or dry? thread I started… The ammonia smell is from the long shipping time (and maybe exacerbated by the warm weather).  Airing them out will solve the problem.  Now that it’s not winter, I plan on asking customers if they want me to dry out their panties before I ship them…  Otherwise, if there’s an ammonia smell, they can dry them out when they receive them!

I don’t think the complaint is a big deal – please don’t be hard on yourself!  :cry:  I think you’ve offered the dude good customer service, and he should be satisfied.  smt

Or that a customer of yours will get caught and PP will note that you did business with him…  Or several of your customers will get caught and PP will notice you are a common link…  If the account of anyone you’ve done business with is scrutinized, your account will probably also be scrutinized.

As was said on the Ebanned forums, when you use PP for adult stuff the risk is all the seller’s – the buyer is paying by credit card so if PP freezes the account they likely lose nothing.  But when a seller’s account gets frozen, all the funds she’s received and not withdrawn are forfeit.  Could be hundreds and hundreds.  $$$

I’ve been very tempted to use PP a hundred times, but I’ve always been able to resist by reminding myself that breaking their rules is just asking for trouble.
