I’m very sorry about what has happened and I’ve sent you an explanation via email. I’ve done what I could to keep you updated along the way, I’m sorry this wasn’t enough. It’s never been my intention to take anyones money and run and as I’ve explained in my email I’m still more than happy to fulfill your order. However if you’d rather not carry on with this order I’ll happily refund your payment. Just let me know either way.
I agree that’s it’s not been the smoothest of transactions to say the least, but I’m afraid it’s been unavoidable. I’d love to be able to offer a fuller explanation here for all to see but I hope people understand that I don’t want to discuss my health issues in a public forum.

I also had a similar problem with signing up but it was a problem with the description rather than the headline. The description was definitely over 150 characters but it was continuously rejected. Also, each time it took me back to amend the description the character counter would display a random number rather than the actual number. I ended up writing it in word so I could check that it was long enough and then copy pasting it in. In the end it accepted it but it took quite a few attempts!

I’m sooo glad I just found this topic! As you know I’m a new seller and half way through preparing my very first order my period took me by suprise by arriving a whole week early. Now as this is my first sale I’m really disappointed but I know there’s not much I can do.Â
The only problem is my buyer has been so keen to get the panties he even paid double for them! I’m the honest type so didn’t think it fair to take a double payment and not give him anything in return so we agreed on special delivery. Now this has happened I feel even worse! I’ve offered to create a photoset for him whilst he waits for the panties, do you girls think this is fair compensation considering?

I’ll definitely be getting panty trust verified in the near future. I’d do it straight away but I was recently made redundant so money is very tight at the moment! But I’m going to make sure my first orders go straight into my “getting verified fund”!
