It’s a topsite– meaning, you enter your information (and yes it can be a blog if you’d like) and banner (if you have one) and then post a reciprocal link on your page.  Your “rank” in the list is determined by how many times people click on your reciprocal link and how many times people click on your posted website link

It seems you have made some of the suggested changes, but why do you still have a link referring to yourselves as “Women”.  Perhaps that is one of the things that sets least well with me– I could never imagine myself or any other seller on here posting a link on their site that was essentially an “About Me” as “Woman”  :X

I have corresponded with the person who runs Saucy Panties before.  The person signed the emails as “Tina”  They wanted me to do logo work in exchange for my banners being put on several of his/her sites.  This is the list of sites that were associated with the same person:
