very true. i know that an ip address can be re-routed, and it can actually change on its own as well, im not sure on the specfics but i know it does happen.

i try not to jump to conclusions with buyers, a lot of things happen so i tend to wait about 3 to 8 days before i chock it up to a time waster, and at lease 2 e-mails.
