Hold on with Nochex – I was sent this just today:

“With effect from close of business on the 15th February 2006 it will no longer be acceptable to use the Nochex service to process adult transactions and as a consequence all such Nochex accounts processing payments for adult related products/services will be suspended with effect from that date.

We would like to thank you for your business and we will aim to work with you over the next month whilst you obtain a replacement card processor.”

Not much in there but its the principle… The worst part about it all is when a buyer comes to your site, see’s another payment processor that they have to join and they just think ‘Oh No’ I cannot be bothered.

I have a YowCow account, not impressed with them though and you have to set the whole thing up first and then hope they accept you after reviewing your site.

PPPAY have just closed my account today, I only sell panties, no dvd’s or anything like that. They sent me an email after I couldn’t log on and said that they are closing all adult sites… Worse thing… they hold your money too. I have to wait until they tell me I can withdraw it..

PPPAY have just closed my account, when I emailed them they said used panty sales is adult and they are changing their terms, ADULT sites NO LONGER being accepted.. ALSO I have money in the account and they are being as damn right rude about it as paypal by holding onto it…  mad

Be a little cautious on free hosted, many do not allow adult content.

Thank you, this section was NOT being used as it should and I agree with Krooze, have a recommended section rather than one where one person or even other sellers could destroy a reputation in a flash. I think the mods do a good job in general, just not on the Rip Off Section…

My argument was, a RIP OFF is a cheat…. Not “the panties were not as strong smelling as they had hoped”, or in my case “I was rude to a seller” when I wasn’t… I felt annoyed that rather than delete a post that was an opinion rather than a fact is was allowed to esculate causing stress for the seller.

Anyway, I shall move on and sorry if I have offended anyone..

Sorry this is C**P what if a site mentioned is not a member of this forum? Most threads of rip off warnings have nothing to do with ‘Rip Off Warnings’.. In fact I feel so strongly I have left a thread myself entitled THIS NEEDS SORTING.

If it was ‘Moderated’ correctly okay but although I love the moderators I for one will speak my mind and say ‘THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY’ in my humble opinion… NO hard feelings, I believe in speaking my mind and I can say hand on heart, if it was one of your sites getting attacked it would be sorted…

Also Cindy, come on, we get on great I love ya, but you do not have a right to say how so many sellers do not address the situation, how do you really know that they are not? Are you just taking a buyers word for it?? Would a fly by night site really bother what is being said on here:huh:

If you have a domain name, a decent site and have been around a long time, your intentions are genuine. If you have a freebie site then beware, the same as buying from auctions, rip a few off, close account, open a new one under a new username….

RIP OFF WARNING – Would work if it was being used as it should be…

Hi again

I have limited time and although this forum is going from strength to strength I hold my hands up, I am a VERY rare visitor. I like keeping myself to myself, I do not stop by other sellers web sites each day, copying ideas and worrying what they do, I get on with my own thing and focus on that more than others.

I did do my part however in ensuring this site had a DMOZ entry (as the person responsible for advertising should be able to verify) and I agree with Cindy, web masters should be contacted when negative comments are published.

I do get on very well with Cindy and I am being honest when I say I am shocked that a few other panty sellers were quick to criticise.

WOW…? ?:angry: I have only just seen this, what this toe rag fails to mention is YES that was my reply but was this the 8th email or 9th:huh: You requested a pair, I agreed a price and then you sent, 2,3,4,5,6,7 more emails asking questions about me, I replied politely each time spending in total about an hour on you only for you to then suddenly turn around and ask for a free picture before you purchased. Yes I was rude with the final one because I had given up on you wasting anymore of my time.? fu

Wooo that is naughty… I have spoken to Sue who runs the site and she is a very helpfull lady. She has helped me in the past with web promotion and guidance. In fact most rival sites are very helpful, I have always found Cindy herself to be more than generous. I never change my pictures, what is the point, they end up appearing on ebay as ex girlfriend images…
