News
Return, absence
It gives me great pleasure to be able to begin this week’s news round-up by welcoming back two MUPS ladies. Cherry is back where she belongs after holidaying in the States – MUPS. Although she has decided to embark on another sojourn, it is not as bad as it could be; she is only going on a very short camping trip, and it is to the north of the country. Cloud-silver lining!! Also back with us this week is Lolagold, returning after a short break through illness. Her condition deteriorated so badly that she required a hospital visit, but she is thankfully recovered and back with us now. Welcome back ladies.
On a much sadder note, Juicy-Lucy shall be taking a break from selling as a consequence of bereavement. I am confident that you will all join me in sending her best wishes at this difficult time.
MUPS girls 2, freeloaders 0
We have witnessed a great week for sellers triumphing over freeloaders. Apparently, all sellers are, ‘butches’ (sic), and all buyers are, ’a scum’ (sic). This is the synopsis of danrind@hotmail.com, an obviously intellectual powerhouse who decided upon the ill-advised venture of trying to get one over on Nicethings1983 by trying to gain free pics. He then, when realising that his efforts were in vain, opted for a verbal onslaught. Word of warning to others with ambitions along similar lines – Nicethings1983 is one of the last girls I would choose to attempt to do battle with – you will not win.
Yoursexkitten also posted a forum with similar experiences this week. It must be pointed out, however, that her pursuer was a repeat customer of hers and not of the same ilk as the sub-human who attacked Nicethings1983. After taking advice from fellow members, Yoursexkitten and her buyer were able to resolve the situation amicably.
Size does matter
Hazelbiglips would like to thank members for taking into consideration the size restrictions on picture uploading on the site. Whilst she is still encountering a few excessive ones, the situation has improved.
Video stars
Quantity of video releases on MUPS in recent weeks was, sadly, not repeated in the last seven days. However, three fantastic videos by sellers with great form on the video front were uploaded. Chelsea posted her video I Feel so Horny, an addition to her recent collection comprising of Baby Oil, and Gossard Thongs. I believe that it adds so much to the quality of the video when we can hear the girl’s voice and, although she appears to be losing her Midlands accent, hearing Chelsea’s voice made it extra special. Shiny was yet another great video from the Jetta oeuvre, and Miss Babette produced a very sexy and creative video in Scottish Graveyard and Panty Flash. It managed to do ‘exactly what it said on the tin’ and was both comedic and very, very sexy. Though perhaps not quite as sexy as one of my all- time favourite videos on MUPS – Miss Babette’s Escalator Upskirt – words cannot do it justice.
Dreams
Two dream related stories to mention this week. Firstly, MissTinasPanties’ dreams are occupied with all things used panty. In a fine blog she discussed how she continues to have nightmares in which her buyers are leaving negative feedback surrounding the high salt content of her undies. I would be astounded if this was indeed the case, but perhaps her buyers could leave feedback in order to ease her fears. The second dream story filled my heart with joy. A close MUPS friend confided in me that she had a dream in which I was involved – Grazie mille la mia carina per sognare di me. La Dea Naturale, tu sei una ragazza molto simpatica, generosa e sensuale. Abbracci e baci.
Blogs
Yet another fine week for blogs I am pleased to announce. Mathias and his stories have featured prominently, and Penelope’s creative side has continued to be in evidence. I also enjoyed Nookie_Lookie’s The Psychic and the Munch, relaying Nookie’s fun-filled weekend plans. It is always great to learn more about sellers’ lives away from the fetish.
DirtyVirgin blogged requesting input into her wedding lingerie selection. My belief that my underwear preferences are somewhat different to the general consensus was again proved correct when my selection lost. DV also treated us to a picture of her in her wedding dress which I am certain left every male (and female?) wishing ‘If only’! Four weeks now guys, time to face defeat with good grace and impeccable manners I reckon.
Blog of the week
After sharing Blog of the Week in week one with BT, Katykitten has this week won it outright. Not one but two excellent blogs from the blogging machine that is Katy. Playing the Stalking Game was an excellent piece on how MUPS has altered the way she views written communication. She comments upon the joys and tribulations that MUPS’ unique notification system has caused to her investigative profiling ways. However, KK’s winning blog was the one that arrived only a few hours after last week’s column in which I discussed confessing my fetish to a friend in ‘real life’. The raison d’etre behind Secret Fetish Superhero was two-fold: Katy speculating as to whether the joys in-person meeting would provide against the dangers; and speculating as to whether confessing her secret to friends would be either a satisfactory, or indeed sensible, substitute. Whilst Katy was keen to point out that in-person meeting would never happen, to hear her views on the matter, and those of fellow members via comments, was a great insight. It appears many share both her fetish for potentially meeting buyers, and her conclusion that in reality it would be too problematic. She also comes to the cessation that confessing her secret could also be troubling, and thus decides that her secret must remain in place for now. This would also be my conclusion, though perhaps I see it in a slightly less negative light than Katykitten does – I want it to remain a secret. I love the fact that I can go through life wondering if the girl reading Hemmingway in the back street café is Katy, whether the girl I just passed on the street is the same person I just bought a lacy black thong from on MUPS. To know otherwise would be to lose an important ingredient in this fetish’s rich broth.
The aftermath
I discussed last week how I, in a drunken and awkward position, confessed my secret to a friend. Despite obtaining her undies, I really regret my actions dear readers. We are at stage four (awkward), after going through stage one (fear), two (relief), and three (joy). It was never my intention to obtain her knickers, in fact there was no real intention – it just came out. Now I have offers of regular panties and panty shopping – all very generous and appreciated, but it doesn’t feel right. In the real world it is awkward and is not something I feel comfortable in doing with someone I do not know well. It has been pointed out to me on several occasions that I seldom know when I am on to a good thing.
Groups
Many new and exciting groups have emerged on MUPS, including the inauguration of I Love Aussie Panties and Tattooed Temptresses. Dr Thong’s Knicker Drawer attracted 14 fans in its first 7 hours, and Katykitten’s Fan Group was also quick off the blocks, reaching 14 fans in rapid time. These figures really are not surprising.
On a personal note, it has been a great time for my knickers under tights collection. Thanks to Nicethings1983, Misskittysbits, Misstinaspanties and Katykitten for donating images to my group, and thanks also to L who is not a fan of providing pics but sent me three knickers-tights images with my order by surprise.
Panty Wiki and Panty Hog
Another slow week for PH and Panty Wiki. However, people are beginning to get behind the idea of resurrecting chat roulette on PH, and newcomers are logging on to seek buyers. Ohsillybear has posted a question on Panty Wiki and has as yet received only one reply. She wishes to hear where she can purchase new silk or satin knickers in the US. She prefers actual stores (but not Fredericks or Victoria Secret) to the internet and it would be great if any American members can help her out with this matter.
Welcome
I would like to welcome Nobbee and Lolita Twang to MUPS. Misskittysbits has joined both PH and MUPS. I wish all newcomers an enjoyable and lasting time on MUPS and its sister sites.
