Panty Hog Auction Area is now an Auction and Sales Area
{mosimage}The Auctions at Panty Hog have been completely overhauled to expand the features and usability for both sellers and buyers. The new auction area is actually now a full-featured sales area featuring auctions, straight store sales, and wanted ads. This is a completely new system, and even those registered at the old auction will need to register. To make it easier for current users, open/instant enrollment will be in place until January 5th. There is no waiting… click the register button, enter your info, and log in immediately. After January 5th, registration will go back to the wait for approval method.
One of the biggest changes is the availably of sales formats. When listing items for sale, sellers can choose to have it sold in an auction format, in a set price, store only format or both at once. Sellers also have the option to take offers or trades for the item. When a buyer sees an item they want, they can place a bid, buy it out immediately, or make an offer of cash or trade. Buyers can also post “wanted” ads if they are looking for something not currently being sold.
The instant payment options have been greatly expanded as well to allow buyers to make payments without leaving the site through the seller’s choice of a variety of on line payment options. The seller and buyer control panels now feature greater detail and are easier to use. Sellers will also find instantly insertable templates for item listings and their stores. Video can also now be easily added to item listings,
As before, there are no charges or fees to use, sell, or buy at the Auctions at Panty Hog. The no fees apply to photo hosting and video upload as well. Post your item for sale, add your photos and movies to the item’s listing, and sell without worrying about any fees or charges.
Please note that Panty Hog will begin charging final value fees only on sold items for those who register to sell after January 15th. However, we will be issuing vouchers to all sellers who register to sell, create a store, and place items for sale before that time. That means, if you signup, create a store, and put items up for sale now and prior to January 15th, you will be exempt from the future final value fees and will continue to sell without any charges what so ever.
