Used Panties and eBay
Question:
Hiya Serena, I’m kinda new to this site but I have sold knickers on site like ebay. After reading your blog about banning used panties I got confused.
So if its not illegal to sell knickers on ebay why won’t ebay let us sell there?

eBay gets to chose what and what does not fit their policies, and fetish items aren’t something they wish to permit. In essence they don’t want to allocate resources to manage problems and legalities relating to adult transactions. Paypal said ‘enough’ to used panties sales when the amount of charge-backs, disputes and complaints got a bit too much to handle. Same applies to eBay whom are the same company
Its not a legal issue, eBay does not dictate the law, its purely a business decision, and you have to respect it. So, no, you can’t sell used panties on eBay because its against their own terms of use.
